Dan and Kay thank you so much for sharing all you have been thru. I can’t wait for you to make many more episodes. I can relate to much regarding being witness to the dreaded C as a knitter I find that it calms my self when things are tough

Thank you for sharing honestly about anxiety. I think it's true that we have a hard time talking about it. 💖

Kay, I gave up all coffee and black tea over the past month due to my anxiety. Avoiding caffeine has really helped my sleep and mental alertness. I hope it helps you feel better as well.

Dan & Kay you are both to be commended for how you work through the issues of life. Kay your approach to your anxiety and the self-help you have initiated will inspire others who deal with anxiety. Thank you for 'keeping it real' as you are sharing with us. 💌

For almost a year now, I’ve been working as a mental health nurse. Trauma (illness, accidents, etc) is a common cause of anxiety, although some is at least initially unexplained. Medications are helpful for many, but we always emphasize therapy and learning coping skills as being very important. I think it’s great that you have been making such great strides on your own without professional help. You should be really proud of yourself!
