Who's ready for a walk in the woods? 

Yes, it's time to strap on those walking boots again because we're back with a brand new episode of 'The Bakery Bears Radio Show'. In Episode 8 you join us (and an unexpected mystery guest) as we talk about our passion for the great outdoors.

In the last five years outdoor activities have totally transformed our lives. We discuss how that happened, what effect its had on us physically and mentally and also how we go about fitting it into our day. But not only that, in todays show we try and identify some of the wonderful trees that line our walking route.

We're back with a brand new episode of the 'Bakery Bears Radio Show!'

We're back on favourite walk and in Episode 7 we're picking up on some of the themes we hinted at in Episode 5. Yes, this time we're talking about megaliths from across the world from Petra to Gobekli Tepe and we're pondering the mystery of Atlantis. Did Plato base his fictional story in fact? By the end of todays show we hope to have found out.

We're BACK!! Who's ready for another walk in the woods with Dan & Kay? Now before we begin we are so sorry that Dan's mic doesn't sound good at all today! We know exactly what the problem was and it won't happen again. Sincere apologies for this. But we are so happy to be back so on with the first in our regular shows.

Who’s ready for a walk in the woods in a brand new episode of ‘The Bakery Bears Radio Show’? This time, join your hosts, Kay & Dan as they discuss the unexpected side effects of dealing with so many major trauma’s in life, anxiety. Kay discusses when she realised she ‘had’ anxiety problems and how she set about tackling them.
