But the focus of the show very much is on the realisation they wanted to drastically change their every day lives, but they weren’t quite sure how they were going to do it!

Absolutely loving these walks and chats. It’s really interesting to hear about the experiences that caused the changes in your lives. Everyone can relate to struggles with health, work and quality time and I’m looking forward to hearing the next episode. Love the nature interludes from Kay. I love walking and nature but unfortunately am now incapacitated for a few weeks so at least I can enjoy your walks! Thanks Dan and Kay x
